Once while I was lamenting that chicken noodle soup is so boring, Anaal assured me she had a tasty alternative. This lemony greek soup is still one of my favorite things to make, sick or not. It’s forgiving; I use white rice when I’m out of brown; cuttings off a roasted chicken and my own broth (or boxed) when I want to take shortcuts. The magic is in the velvety broth from the eggs and lemon. She sent me this image, so I’m not sure which cookbook it is from — comment if you know it!
